Thank you for shopping at KRS Fitness. This Refund & Return Policy applies to both digital products (training plans, guides, challenges) and physical products (KRS Essentials jewelry).

1. Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. Once your purchase has been completed and access to the content has been delivered, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Training programs in PDF format

• Digital nutrition guides

• Downloadable challenges, calendars, or plans

• Promotional codes already used

2. Jewelry (KRS Essentials) – Exchanges & Warranty

Exchanges (15 Days)

• Jewelry items may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All KRS Essentials jewelry includes a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Covers:

• Broken clasps or chains due to manufacturing flaws

• Defective pendants or engravings

• Other craftsmanship-related issues

Does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, plating loss from regular use)

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Lost or stolen items

To claim a warranty, email info@krsfitnessprogram.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If approved, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

3. Technical Issues (Digital Purchases)

If you experience difficulties accessing or downloading a digital product, contact us at info@krsfitnessprogram.com. We will provide assistance to ensure you can access your purchase.

4. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

In the event of a duplicate charge or technical billing error, please provide proof of payment to info@krsfitnessprogram.com. We will review the case individually and, if applicable, process a partial or full refund.
